The Guildhall where the Exoplanets II Conference is being hosted is centrally located and there is an abundance of choice for accommodation.  However, Cambridge is an extremely popular tourist destination and during peak seasons (especially from May-September) accommodation can be very difficult to get hold of.

We strongly recommend that you book your accommodation early, either by selecting accommodation with one of the historic and iconic Cambridge Colleges that we have manage to acquire or through other means as soon as possible.

We have managed to secure a limited number of ensuite rooms in 3 prestigious colleges. You can select to spend your week at the Exoplanets II Conference in any of the following options (college rooms are limited to 145 in total and are allocated on a first come first serve basis).  This is a set block booking rate for 6 nights with check-in on 1st July 2018 and check-out on 7th July 2018 and can only be booked during the registration process, prices vary dependant on room type and will be listed on the registration form.  All room rates include breakfast.

Please remember to book accommodation early to avoid disappointment.

All block-bookings of rooms we made for the conference listed below are now fully allocated.
